Photo Policy

At Dog Village events, photography is opt-in for attendees and required-consent for fursuiters and performers.

We take photos at most events for our gallery and social media.

We never publish a photo of a fursuit, performer, or recognizable attendee without their explicit OK.

Attendees: by buying a ticket you acknowledge that crowd photos may be taken. If you don't want to be in any photo, find a staff member at the door and we'll mark you visually for our photographers.

Fursuiters: photographers will only post your photo if you've signed a release at the event, or if you contact us afterward and confirm.

Want a photo of you taken down? Email contact@dogvillagellc.com with the URL or rough description and we'll remove it within 7 days, no questions asked.

Press: contact@dogvillagellc.com for permission to photograph or film.

We collect photographer credits on every gallery image and link to their work where possible.
